Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Workshop

Mindfulness and self-compassion can have significant benefits for our mental and physical health and help us to thrive. Research suggests that self-compassion may be a powerful trigger for the release of oxytocin and is a major protective factor to anxiety and depression. Greater self-compassion has been linked with less stress, perfectionism, obsessive negative thoughts and fear of failure, leading to greater levels of happiness, optimism, life satisfaction, and motivation!
